This survey generated over 600 responses from employees within the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branch. The outcome of the survey identified how employees feel about their workplaces, their colleagues, and leadership among their respective Divisions, and the number one concern was Leadership training, or therefore lack of. DPM has coordinated and started the process in conducting a 2-day Leadership Training to take place on June 24th and 25th, 2024 in Albuquerque, NM. This Leadership Training will be for ALL branches of the Navajo Nation Government. This includes Politically Appointed Officials, Division Directors, Deputy Division Directors, Program Managers and Department Managers and those serving in a Supervisory Role. Elected and Appointed Officials are highly encouraged to attend this training as well. Further Details will be provided soon.
